Anyone is welcome to apply. However, the BR Home Trade Program is intended exclusively for licensed and registered interior designers, general contractors, home stagers, architects, and other verified home and design industry professionals. The BR Home Trade Program is not available to any businesses not in the residential improvement, interior design, commercial development, hospitality design, or home improvement industries.

Please note that BR Home Trade Program Members are not allowed to resell BR Home products through their own ecommerce site or any other retail location or website.

The BR Home Trade Program application will require two of the following:

• proof of membership in a major design organization (ASID, IIDA, or similar)
• a degree In Interior Design and formal certification (such as NCIDQ)
• a formal business license verifying the business is for interior design, general contracting, home staging, architecture, or related industry
• a valid website link validating your business is for the purpose of residential, commercial, or hospitality design
• EIN Document
• Seller's Permit

We do not accept copies of business cards, screenshots of inclusion in other company's trade programs or pictures of projects as a form of business verification.

Please allow for up to 72 hours for a response to your application.

The Trade Program applies to all orders placed online and in a BR Home store location. The discount only applies to orders placed from the time your membership is approved onwards. It cannot be used retroactively for previous purchases.

There are no minimum orders.

Tax exemption is not automatically applied to accounts when a BR Home Trade application is approved. To be considered for tax exempt status, please email brtrade@gap.com after your application has been approved and you've received account confirmation.
